How does Vetiscann build an outfit from your clothes?

You add your clothes, generate your week, and the AI picks items for each day that go together and suit the weather.

1. Scan your clothes: one photo can hold up to 12 items (see how to scan your clothes with AI).
2. Build your virtual wardrobe: each item is described by its name, color, fabric and season (see the AI wardrobe app).
3. Tap “Generate my week” in the app, as soon as your wardrobe has at least two items.
4. The AI matches your items with the weather forecast for each of the next 7 days, and puts together one outfit per day.
5. Discover your outfits: for each day, photos of the items, a title, a mood, a styling tip and the forecast.

Every morning, your outfit of the day shows up as soon as you open the app. If you don’t like an outfit, “Redo the week” rebuilds all 7 days with different combinations.

What rules does the AI follow to build an outfit?

Vetiscann’s AI follows precise styling rules, and would rather suggest nothing than a bad combination.

• The golden rule: never mix items from incompatible seasons, like a winter sweater with linen pants.
• Colors that go together: no clashing pairs, like red or black with navy.
• A complete outfit: a top and a bottom, or a single piece like a dress, shoes if you’ve added some, and sometimes a jacket or an accessory.
• The day’s weather: warm pieces when it’s cold, light ones when it’s hot, and something for the rain when it’s forecast.
• Variety: never the same combination two days in a row, when your wardrobe allows something else.

When no combination works for a given day, the AI says so and explains what’s missing, for example “you’d need a white T-shirt to wear this blue sweater”. Often, that item is already in your closet and simply hasn’t been photographed yet.

Can you pick an outfit based on the weather?

Yes: Vetiscann fetches the 7-day forecast for your city (low and high temperatures, and expected weather) and builds each outfit for its day’s weather.

Your city comes from your browser’s location or, failing that, an approximate location, and you can also pick it by hand. An outfit’s weather is the forecast at the time your week was generated: if a cold snap is announced mid-week, redo your week to get outfits that fit.

Why start from your own clothes?

Because an outfit is only useful if you can wear it this morning: starting from your wardrobe guarantees that every suggested item is already in your home.

Many AI fashion tools recommend clothes to buy, or create images of outfits that don’t exist. Vetiscann does the opposite: there are no links to shops, no brands promoted, and it only uses the items you’ve photographed. It’s also a way to bring forgotten clothes back into rotation.

Why use an AI outfit generator?

To stop wasting time in front of your closet in the morning: your outfit is ready before you get up, built by an AI that knows your wardrobe and the weather.

The generator also has limits worth knowing. It doesn’t build outfits for a specific occasion, like a wedding or a job interview, and it doesn’t know your taste. The week is redone as a whole: you can’t replace a single day. And you always decide what you actually wear.
